| What is the cost of the sitting fee? |
| The sitting fee is a $30 fee that covers the cost of your photographic sitting and the set of proofs that receive, which are yours to keep. |
| How long do you keep my photographs? |
| All digital files are kept indefinitely. After six months photographs are archived. A small retrieval fee for printing archived photographs may apply. |
| When is the best time to have portraits taken? |
| The best time to have photographs taken is immediately after you collect your gown. Making a booking online with our studio before the day of your ceremony will save you time on your busy day. |
| How long is it until I receive my photographs? |
| Your proof samples are sent to you within 7 days of your ceremony. |
| Your enlargement orders take between 2-3 weeks to complete and dispatch to you. |
| I need assistance with choosing which photographs and what size to order. . . |
| We have a gallery of print on display in our studio – this makes it easy to select the correct photograph in the right size. Call our studio on 9702 0889 and make an appointment with us and we will be happy to assist you. |
| I require some digital retouching in my photos... |
| Rembrandt’s Studio offer additional retouching services at a minimal price. Call our studio and we will be happy to discuss your requirements. |
